30-Day Residential Treatment Program

Calvary offers a 30-day residential treatment program that incorporates the following:

  • Individual and group therapy
  • Addiction and recovery education
  • Medical examination
  • Psychiatric evaluation (if indicated)
  • 12-step meetings
  • Bible study, devotions or meditation
  • Psychosocial assessment
  • Relapse prevention
  • Recreation
  • Aftercare planning

Calvary offers two tracks of treatment. The first track is the Traditional Track of treatment that follows a standard 12-step approach to recovery. The Christian Track incorporates Biblical principles into the 12-step program.

  • Dual diagnosis program (if medically stable)
  • Full medical detoxification on site
  • Aftercare
  • Accreditation: CARF-accredited (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), licensed by the state of Arizona

Program cost

  • Residential intensive inpatient treatment. Calvary works with most insurance plans or offers affordable self-pay alternatives based on $450/day (30-day program)
  • Family weekend (up to five family members)
  • Medical detoxification available at Calvary

Residential treatment cost includes room, board and services within the treatment program. Prescription medication, hospitalization for psychiatric care, or other medical care that may be necessary is not included.

Intensive outpatient program: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. Available for most insurance plans and self pay at $200 per session.

  • Items containing alcohol (perfume/cologne, mouthwash)
  • Cigars, pipes or chewing tobacco
  • Cards, dice and any games of chance
  • Aerosol cans (pump hairspray only)
  • Electronic/entertainment equipment: (radios, music devices, TVs, video games, cameras, laptops, PDA/Palm Pilot, etc.)
  • Cell phone
  • Reading material that is not recovery/spiritually oriented
  • Food or beverages, candy or gum
  • Liquid bleach
  • Nail polish and/or remover
  • Clothing that advertises bars, alcohol, drugs, gambling or offensive subjects
  • No sleeveless, spaghetti straps or strapless tops, short shorts, or tight clothes
  • Pornographic materials
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Vehicles, bicycles
